1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are pleased to offer Free UK Delivery on all standalone starter pouches.
Processing Time: We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days.
Carrier: We ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Estimated Delivery: Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 2–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.

2. Letterbox Friendly
Our dehydrated starter pouches are designed to be letterbox friendly. This means you don't need to be home to receive your delivery; it will be delivered safely through your door with your regular mail.

3. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom. As we grow, we hope to share our heritage culture with sourdough enthusiasts worldwide.

4. Damaged or Lost Items
Every pouch is packed by hand in Kent. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@kentsourdoughco.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will make it right.

5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. As a small batch producer, we cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
