We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Note on Live Cultures: As our starter is a live, dehydrated fermented culture, its performance is dependent on the customer following the provided care and activation instructions. We do not warrant that the results of using the product will meet your specific expectations, as home baking environments vary.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND BILLING
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.
SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We provide Free Tracked UK Delivery via Royal Mail for our dehydrated sourdough starter pouches. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the items to the address provided. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details on delivery.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and the brand "Kent Sourdough Co," is the property of Kent Sourdough Co and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
